Often car service can be a huge pain in the butt. The fine people at Ron's Auto and RV make the process simple and not a hard hit to the wallet.

They squeezed me in for a quick repair and didn't charge an outlandish fee for parts and service like some places do. Thanks to them I was able to drive home safely without breaking the bank.

Big shout out to Anousith for his great customer service and professional work. I will without a doubt be back!

We are overdue to write another review for the outstanding work Ron’s automotive and RV has done for us always. We have a 1989 Holiday Rambler Aulmalite class A motorhome. It’s home for repairs and service has been here since we have owned her . We had her into Ron’s to get help with a new oil cooler we had installed. Chuck was able to schedule all the repairs which included new oil lines and adapter for the oil cooler. They also did full fluid changes and went over her top to bottom in preparation for our drive to sturgis from battle ground WA . They took care of a small coolant leak and went over her in detail. The trip to sturgis and back while towing our Harley was in many days of over 95 degrees . We had zero issues during the entire trip. So we highly recommend them for all your mechanical work!!

This was the first time we used Ron’s auto and RV, and will not be the last. We like to keep up on our motorhomes’ maintenance and had the Transmission, oil and brake fluids all changed. The brake fluid flush was added after see the inspection report, which in itself was very thorough, complete with digital pictures! The customer service was top notch! I would highly recommend this shop in a second!👍

Ron’s Auto and RV has serviced my cars for many years. The current owner, Ryan, was employed as a technician with the previous owner. Good handoff. Their work and customer service is tops! There have been only a couple of times I have had to return to resolve an issue. (Hey, nobody’s perfect.) I have never felt belittled, but rather valued as a long time customer. Jason is kind, professional and efficient in relaying information between the shop and the customer. (He must wear at least two hats!)
Ron’s team has proven to be trustworthy time and time again. My car is happy and so am I! 😊 🚙 👍🏻

I recently had my RV serviced at Ron’s RV and Auto. Due to the great customer service and communication with Jason the service advisor and Savannah the technician extraordinaire I have found a new place to have my other five cars serviced. Great job to both. Great to see a company that still believes in customer service. THANK YOY.

Had an appt. for a oil change in our motorhome and found out the levelling jacks and generator would not start and the people there went out of their way to make sure it was in workings condition! NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We would highly recommend them! Great Crew!!

Brought our motorhome in for a oil change. Done very fast and they do a safety inspection and found a couple of small items and showed pictures of the air filter (very dirty). Replaced and we will bring our home here in the future.

I have taken my ford e-350 van to Ron’s for years
I have a new Ford 350 Transit van 12 passenger and I was removing
4-seats, out for cargo area. The 4th seat, I could not undo mounting bolts.
Call Ron’s and askes if they would remove them for me. Was told to come in. I arrived at
Ron’s and they got right on removal of bolts in took 5min.

We have a 2022 class A motor home. Of course as soon as it was out of warranty the radio and outside cameras stopped working properly. The motorhome dealership had a wait of approximately 2 months to get an appointment and did not inspire confidence that they even knew how to address the problem. Their overall customer had been very disappointing so we weren't particularly anxious to have them attempt to fix the radios and cameras but didn't know of any other options. I spoke with Ron's Auto & RV to see if they could fix this. This is not something they normally do but after discussing it with one of the mechanics they said they thought they could make the repair. I made an appointment, dropped of the motorhome, and a few hours later I received a call that it was all fixed. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the facilities are very nice, and the service was fantastic. The repair cost was very reasonable. I couldn't be more pleased. This is now my go to shop for any RV service or repairs.
