Brought in my Hybrid Civic for a fuse replacement and they kept in contact and updated me as soon as they finished. They changed oil in car. A week after the oil change, I noticed a large bolt in the driveway which was from the car. Despite it being unrelated to the service, they put the car on the lift and installed the bolt.

We came to Ron’s RV last minute with an undiagnosed engine failure. Ryan came highly recommended from the Toyota motorhome group, a group with almost 24000 members. Words cannot express our gratefulness to Ryan and his team. In a world where people passing through with engine trouble are often taken advantage of, Ryan kindly pointed out that our RV was in perfect condition and in need only of gas because our gas gauge was reading incorrectly. It is so incredibly rare to have honesty and integrity in this industry. We had originally planned a valve adjustment with Ryan, he could have easily said it was necessary but said save the money for now, and “put out the fire” Spend the money to have your vehicle looked after here, they will treat you with honesty and look after you like friends or family only suggesting what’s best for your vehicle We will drive far and wide to return to this shop for future work. Been taking my older RV to Ron's since I got it two years ago. With every oil change they do a complete inspection that gives me piece of mind that all is how it should be. The rig needed new breaks and they put the most heavy duty ones on possible and now it stops like a dream even towing my car. A coolant leak was giving me issues and they kept at it till they tracked down the issue to the radiator cap. No issues since. They also reach out to see how things are going which I see is good customer service. I see no reason to look elsewhere for service.

Wow talk about Great Customer Service! I never really experienced good customer service let alone from an automotive shop, but Jason Miser, the service manager ROCKS! He kept me well informed on what was being replaced, and why, and kept me updated on every step of the way. I will definitely be back to Ron’s because of Jason. Oh yes, and the repair was good too, but the customer service was above and beyond. 5 star in my book

I went in for an inspection of a truck that I recently purchased. Though I did not have any repairs done at this time, I appreciate the honesty of their evaluation of what my vehicle needed. It included a video showing what exactly needed to be done, as well as details on parts and labor. Unfortunately, it’s more than the truck is worth. My advice: get an inspection before buying. I would recommend going there because they are honest and have great customer service. I would not hesitate to go there again with my other vehicles.

Ron’s performed repair and replacement of several functions on our used 20 year old motorhome( Ford F450 10 cylinder). They were responsive to us and kept us up to date on the whole process. They even made suggestions where no maintenance or repairs were needed. We knew it would be an expensive situation and about how much it would cost and they met those expectations but also we were pleasantly surprised when their cost was more reasonable than our expectations. My partner who used to build NASCARs said that he was pleased to meet some real mechanics who were not just replacing the parts that the computer suggested! Well done guys!

The oil change experience went well. It did take about an hour longer than anticipated, but it was worth it in cost savings--and they use Castrol oil. A good service with notable value.

Been bringing my cars to Ron's for a while now — they did my Subaru Forester and now they take care of my Audi Q7. Fast, honest, and the work is always done right. They also run a free inspection that covers pretty much everything that matters — brakes, drivetrain, all the fluids and filters — so you actually know what's going on with your car before anything gets touched. Great crew, and the prices are more than fair. Highly recommend these guys.

β β βββ (2.5/5 Stars) This is a difficult review to write because my experience with Ron’s Auto & RV is very mixed. First, I want to be fair and give credit where it’s due. This was our third RV repair experience with Ron’s (or at least our second for sure), and I have always found their mechanical work to be competent and reliable. In this most recent visit, our 1995 Fleetwood Bounder required a custom accelerator cable after the original cable snapped. The repair itself appears to have been done correctly, and I appreciate that they stand behind their work and offer a warranty. Unfortunately, the quality of the repairs is overshadowed by what happened while our RV was in their possession. When we were informed that our RV would be at their facility for an extended period, we were under the impression it would be stored in a secure area. That was not the case. YOUR RV IS NOT STORED IN A SECURE LOCATION. The RV was left out in the open and easily accessible to anyone walking by. During one visit, we drove past and found the lights left on, draining our battery. More concerning, we discovered that someone had tampered with and popped open our storage bay compartments. At that time, we reset the locks ourselves and contacted Ron’s to report what had happened. When we finally picked up the RV this past Wednesday after waiting weeks for repairs, we discovered additional theft. Our 2027 registration decal sticker had been stolen from our license plate, and camping equipment and other RV-related items had been taken from our storage bays. As RV owners, you leave your vehicle with a repair facility expecting that it will be reasonably protected while in their care. Having your RV broken into after waiting weeks for repairs is incredibly frustrating and heartbreaking. Beyond the inconvenience, there is the financial burden of replacing stolen property and dealing with the registration issues created by the stolen decal. What is even more disappointing is that we contacted Ron’s regarding the break-in and theft, and we still have not received a callback or response regarding the situation. Again, I want to emphasize that I believe the mechanics do quality work. If I were reviewing only the repair itself, this review would be much higher. However, customers deserve to know that if their RV is left overnight or for an extended period, there appears to be very little security protecting it from theft or vandalism. Quality repairs are important, but so is knowing your property is safe while it’s being repaired. Unfortunately, based on our experience, that was not the case. I sincerely hope Ron’s addresses these security concerns because no RV owner should have to worry about their vehicle being broken into while waiting for repairs.
